Bollinger Champagne Non-Vintage Rosé Champagne is a special non-vintage Rosé and is the first champagne to come from Bollinger for more than 30 years. The new bottle shape was inspired by a 19th century bottle in Bollinger's Cellars.
This non-vintage model combines the fruits of previous harvests with reserve wines from their cellars in Ay, with the final component, which providing the pink colour and delicate aromas, a proportion of still red which comes from Bollinger's very own Grand Cru vineyards.
62 % Pinot Noir, 24% Chardonnay, 14% Meunier with aromas of summer berries and spice.
